The project's goal is to promote inclusion and bridge the gap to employment
The project promotes the integration of 80 young NEETs and migrants in Sassari, tackling job insecurity and social marginalization through technical-manual workshops, career guidance, and soft skills development.
Five 10-hour workshops will be organized across two editions, covering the following fields: Construction – Plumbing – Electrical and Electronics – Carpentry – Tailoring and Repair.
A journey of personal and professional growth that culminates in community events designed to showcase diversity and talent as a vital resource for the local area.
