Training path on ecological transition
The Skills for Transition program offers free training on ecological transition and social skills, specifically designed for young people currently not in education, employment, or training (NEETs).
Special focus is placed on developing green skills through workshops led by experts in ecological transition, climate change, green cities, responsible consumption, recycling, and the green economy, alongside site visits to companies operating in environmental sustainability.
The goal is to provide participants with practical tools to access opportunities in emerging labor markets. The program is open to motivated young people meeting the eligibility criteria from Italy (Verona, Ferrara, Sassari), Germany (Berlin), Bulgaria (Plovdiv), Czech Republic (Prague), Slovakia (Bratislava), and Romania (Bucharest).

Grant: A €100 expense reimbursement is provided for each participant.

Introduction: Course overview, ice-breaking, and core vocabulary.
November 3 – 13 | Mon to Thu | 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Energy Transition and Decarbonization Course: An intensive path for those looking to enter or grow within the renewable energy and sustainability sectors. It provides practical tools to understand clean technologies, navigate policies and incentives, evaluate investments, and discover new green economy business models. A hands-on journey to transform the energy transition into professional opportunities and contribute to the sustainable regeneration of communities.
November 17 – 21 | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Practical Self-Construction and Sustainability Workshop: Over five intensive days, you will learn carpentry and self-construction techniques, working together to regenerate an underused space and transform it into a vibrant community hub. A collaborative and sustainable experience to move from theory to practice and leave a positive impact on the local area.
